Trip Summary
We had a fantastic trip this year! Once again we stayed at the lovely
Ardagh self-catering houses, overlooking Pollan Strand in Ballyliffin, Donegal.
We had a very relaxing trip with wonderful weather - the best that we have ever seen in Ireland!
We spent many days walking to and exploring Pollan Beach.
And, we had two great trips to the Clonmany waterfall.
When we weren't relaxing, we were partying at Mark and Josie's wedding
and at Breege and Matt's wedding. Mom also celebrated Louise's wedding.
Much craic was had leading up to the big events, with
visits to the Coyles, Peggy and the girls, Jimmy and Kathleen, and we got to see both
Anne Marie and Caroline's homes for the first time.
We also got to celebrate Mom's birthday and Mom and Dad's 42nd anniversary while we were there.
We also took the girls to Ionad Cois Locha in Dunlewey, Donegal which was a heritage center slash
petting zoo slash amusement center slash gift shop etc. Hard to categorize, but a fun day's adventure!
We regret that we had such little time to spend in Galway but we will get more time there on the next trip!
